Michelle also works with internal and external auditors to develop a robust control system in accounting for Triton’s financial statement close and reporting processes. Before the formation of Triton International in 2016, Michelle served as VP, Controller of the TAL International Container Corporation. Prior to that, in 1998, she was an Accounting Manager for TAL’s parent company, the Transamerica Corporation. Michelle earned her M.B.A. in Accounting from Fordham University and B.B.A. in Marketing from Iona University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
