Michael Pearl is our President and Chief Financial Officer and a member of Triton’s Executive Office. In this role, Michael has primary responsibility for accounting, treasury, audit, tax, financial planning and analysis, legal, human resources, and Triton Container Sales.
Michael joined Triton in 2009 and became President and Chief Financial Officer in September 2026 after serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since January 2023. Prior to that, he had led Triton’s treasury function beginning in 2016, following a series of roles of increasing responsibility across the company’s treasury, credit, business development, and financial planning functions.
Before Triton, Michael worked for several companies in the financial sector, including National City Bank, Wachovia Bank, and S&P Global. Michael received a B.A. from Colby College and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
