Carla is a seasoned attorney with more than 25 years of corporate and financial legal experience. Before joining Triton, she served as Deputy General Counsel & Secretary at Bunge Limited, where she held several positions in the legal department from 2003 to 2019.

Before Bunge, Carla spent nine years with the law firm of Shearman & Sterling LLP, where she was a member of the capital markets and international finance practice groups. Carla holds a J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School and earned her B.A. degree in Government from Cornell University.
