Brian became Executive Chairman in September 2026 after serving as Triton’s Chief Executive Officer since the closing of the merger of TCIL and TAL in July 2016. Brian also served as Chairman of Triton’s Board from the TCIL-TAL merger through September 2023. Prior to that, Brian had served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of TAL since 2004. He joined TAL's former parent, Transamerica Corporation, in April 1996 as Director of Corporate Development. He then joined TAL International Container Corporation in November 1998 as Senior Vice President of Business Development and became President in September 1999.

Prior to joining Transamerica Corporation and TAL International Container Corporation, Brian worked as a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and as a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate at J.P. Morgan. Brian holds an M.B.A. from The Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.
